documentation has now moved into formal appellate proceedings.
This phase of the project continues to document the real-time intersection between courts, records,
process, and the human experience of navigating institutional systems while the story is still unfolding.
The appeal centers on issues involving record completeness, factual development, procedural review,
and whether unresolved questions surrounding the record were meaningfully addressed before relief was denied.
